Speed is a cultural imperative. It has been for a long time, but now more than ever. It doesn't matter how good your services are. It doesn't matter how good your support systems are. Culture, right now, needs to embrace speed. Not just speed of delivery, but speed of response, and speed in terms of basically everything that exists within the organisation.
