Half of the senior leaders surveyed (50%) believe they have cultivated a vibrant and agile culture that gives them a distinct competitive edge. These organisations demonstrate an ability to adapt swiftly, empower employees, and create an environment that fosters innovation and collaboration.
However, a substantial 34% acknowledge that while they recognise the need for cultural transformation, they have yet to invest the necessary time and resources to make meaningful changes. Alarmingly, 16% of respondents admit to having a “me too” culture — one that mirrors their competitors rather than differentiating them. In an era where innovation and agility are paramount, this lack of cultural distinctiveness poses a considerable risk to long-term growth and resilience.
